Jay DeMarcus and his wife, Allison DeMarcus, star in the Netflix Original reality series DeMarcus Family Rules, available to stream now!

The unscripted series is an unfiltered look into the DeMarcus’ bustling home life in Nashville, TN with their two children Madeline, 9, and Dylan, 8, as they write their own rules balancing music and family. Produced by Maverick TV USA, All3Media America, and Todd Chrisley Productions, with John Hesling, Simon Knight, Todd Chrisley, and Scott Teti serving as Executive Producers, the six-episode debut series is already garnering praise. E! News declares “Jay DeMarcus and his family are about to be reality TV’s next obsession” dubbing the show “not your average unscripted project.” The new series has also been highlighted as a must-see by Washington Post, Toronto Sun, Atlanta Journal Constitution and more.

“It was fun to have the cameras follow us around for awhile – our family is crazy, I didn’t realize just HOW crazy we were,” Jay shared. “I don’t think anyone is going to be ready for what they’ll see, they may think they know or have some idea, but I can assure you, they don’t. I’m excited for everyone to see what life is REALLY like once someone like me, who has spent most of their adult life on the road comes home and is back in the mix, trying to fit in and follow all the RULES!!”

“I don’t know whether to be nervous or excited for the show to be out,” laughed Allison. “I’m pretty reserved and then Jay is pretty…not so reserved, which I think is what helps balance us out, but also probably makes for some entertaining situations. Marriage and parenthood aren’t easy, nor are they for the weak at heart!  I’m looking forward to sharing our lives with people and hope that people can relate to the craziness.”
