Listen up, everyone! I know there has been some confusion. Those who failed to follow instructions and read the email I sent out and posted on the message boards are going to be very confused. This is why it is important to follow instructions at ALL TIMES.
1) DON'T GO INTO THE MESSAGE BOARDS- They are filtering the millions of posts that all of you have made throughout the years. It's going to take all week to get everything in. If we were to speed it up everything would be lost. Your choice, get posts or not.
2) CHAT ROOM- We have a new feature in the ALL ACCESS area. I will be in there throughout the day. If I am not there, that's because I am working on other things. I can't be there every second, so write down your questions.
3) MEET & GREETS- We have a new system and that is that. THIS IS FAIR. Let's give it a shot.
4) VIP TICKETS- Will remain the same, just a different check out process. Nothing to be alarmed or to be said in detail until we post new tickets.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, this needs to be a possitive place. Let's all work together to make this the best website/fan club/street team. Let's follow the rules.

I've had a meet and greet and glad I did. It was a fantastic experience. I too believe that they should increase the # of fam members at meet and greets. I understand the business aspect that by providing the radio stations with tickets, they increase play time on radio, bring new fans on board. Maybe they should do like 35 fam members at least. We want to continue to try and improve the fam club, increase membership and continue to support the guys. We the true tried and blue fans will continue on....not sure about someone who wins a ticket by being the 9th caller..oh well, my 2 cents. The new site is different but nice. Darling is doing the best she can I believe to keep it all running as smooth as possible. As with everything in life, something is always going to make someone unhappy. We just continue on. :)

I've never been in an on-line fan club before. And this is the only one I belong to now. I remember when Yvonne would make a list of people who wanted a M&G and that was all it took. You got a M&G. Then things got waaay too crazy and they changed it to trying to be fast on the draw to request one. I was very unhappy with the change. I did a lot of complaining back then. Now the process is changing again. I can only get my opinions about random drawings from reading posts about it. And I've not read one positive thing yet. I'll wait and see how it all works. I'm trying to stay positive. I didn't think it was fair when Yvonne stopped handling M&G's. But I dealt with it. I'm not sure why the policy changed when almost all of us voted against it. Now that bugs me a bit. But nobody put me in charge.
I love Gary, Jay and Joe Don, so I guess I can put up with whatever is thrown out at us.

That's so right, we the members of this fan club who pay a membership fee to get our chance to get a m&g should be given more m&g passes than the radio stations who giveaway countless passes to radio station winners (I'm not saying that they don't deserve it, they just need to limit how many passes are given out to them). We are the loyal members of this Rascal Flatts Fan Club and deserve to have more m&g passes because we are True Die Hard Rascal Flatts Fans!!!!!!!! As of right now I feel the way they have chosen to do the m&g's now will ensure that a lot of us will probably be waiting for a long time before we ever get another m&g again and even worse fan club members who haven't met them will have a hard time meeting them at all.
