The couple are already parents to 21-month-old son Jagger. "There's such fulfillment in being a father and it's going to be two-fold now, which is so cool." <br /><br />Fallon, 35, who is due in September, told Rooney, 34, that she was pregnant when they were staying in the same Los Angeles hotel where he learned they were expecting Jagger.<!-- jump --> <br /><br />"It was late January and we were out by the pool chilling and she said, 'I have something to show you,' and she opened her purse and pulled out the stick with the positive sign," he says. "I was like 'Wow! We're going to have to stop coming to this hotel. We'll have 16 of these things before long!' But life just couldn't get better." <br /><br />The couple are preparing Jagger for the idea of a new sibling, "but he doesn't quite understand yet," Rooney says. "I pray with him every night and we pray for his brother- or sister-to-be." <br /><br />Mom and dad are eager to prepare as well, and plan to find out the baby's gender. "Tiff's all about decorating rooms, so she's got to know. She's got to prepare the nest," says Rooney, who is betting on a girl while Fallon suspects it's a boy. <br /><br />The one element that might prove tricky? Making sure Rooney is present to greet his new son or daughter. <br /><br />"I'll be on tour this September and the Rascal Flatts machine is not stopping for anybody," he says. "But I have to be there. Highlights from the set included a rendition of Church On Cumberland Road with Marty Raybon along with their own version of s Girl called s Girl, which they created during their thirteen-week radio promo tour in 2000.<br /><br />After looking back at photos from the bands first ten years with radio and recalling humbling and humorous memories from early gigs, including a mattress store opening with KFRG and Bubs Burgers performance with KATM, LeVox declared, The reason were here is because you gave us the chance to do all that. Thank you country radio for an amazing first ten years in the business.<br /><br />As the evening wrapped, Rascal Flatts honored several country radio stations and programmers who have distinguished themselves with terrific support for Rascal Flatts music over the last ten years. Meaning: the process to sign up for a meet & greet will remain the same. So if you didn't get an email, please don't freak out. It's pretty simple. Follow the steps below if you are still having issues on how to sign up:<br /><br />First of all,<strong><a href="http://rascalflatts.com/store/product/rf-sub-0001">YOU MUST BE AN ALL ACCESS MEMBER</a></strong>. Non-members will not be eligible and you will not be able to sign up.<br /><br />If you are a member, sign in to your account so that you are "active" on the website. Active means that you are logged in as a member. Sign in should be in the right hand side of the home page.<br /><br />Once you are logged in, go to the TOUR page using the top navigation bar.<br /><br />You will notice that when a meet & greet sign up is open there will be an icon underneath activity. Scroll over the icons and select the icon that states "M & G". If you "hover" over with your mouse the name of each icon will appear without having to click on the icon.<br /><br />Once you have click on the icon you will be in the Meet & Greet sign up page. Read the terms carefully and click on "Sign up for this". To the left of the button there should be a drop down with tour dates. Follow the steps below if you are still having issues on how to sign up:</p><p>First of all, <a title="ALL ACCESS" href="../../../contests/681" target="_blank"><strong>YOU MUST BE AN ALL ACCESS MEMBER</strong></a>. Non-members will not be eligible and you will not be able to sign up.</p><p>If you are a member, sign in to your account so that you are "active" on the website. Now, thanks to the Country Music Association, we were able to provide this piano for a very deserving group of students. <br /> <br /> As artists we donate our time to the CMA Music Festival so that were able to give back, said DeMarcus. Music education was very important in my life, and because of that, Im able to do what I do today.<br /> <br /> The Nashville Alliance has also made piano deliveries to Hillwood High School, Whites Creek High School and Cane Ridge High School this week.<br /> <br /> The organization partners with the Country Music Association with its Keep the Music Playing program, which supports music education in Metro Public Schools. Since 2006, the program has raised more than $2 million from the proceeds of the annual CMA Music Festival to purchase much-needed musical instruments and equipment.<br /> <br /> Nashville Alliance representatives recently announced that the CMAs more than $1 million donation from the 2008 CMA Music Festival has put the organization over $20 million in contributions to Metro Public Schools since 2004.<br /> <br /> Funds raised by the organization have been responsible for the development of multiple projects, including the Martin Professional Development Center a state-of-the-art training facility opened in May of 2008, which is dedicated to developing educators. Donations through the <br /> Nashville Alliance have made it possible for the Martin Center to include the 7,200-square-foot Turner Hall that accommodates up to 500 guests, 10 classrooms, a Dell technology wing with four training labs and wireless Internet access throughout the building.<br /> <br /> Achieving the $20 million mark is a direct result of the collective hard work, dedication and generosity put forth by many people and organizations, Garrett said. People are seeing how their contributions can make an impact on the lives of children growing up right in their own neighborhoods.<br /> <br /> Robert Lipman, Nashville Alliance for Public Education chairman, says that funds raised by the Nashville Alliance are benefiting Nashville public school students in a variety of ways. The Nashville Alliance has added digital microscopes in Metro high schools, assisted the district with developing debate teams, supported the School for Science and Math at Vanderbilt, improved athletic fields, and funded libraries and reading initiatives. <br /> <br /> It is a common misconception that public schools do not need additional funding outside of the money they receive from the government, Lipman said. Government money goes only so far when it comes to providing the best equipment, the best facilities and the best opportunities for public school students. From little on I would listen to country music when my dad would tune into US99, the top country music radio station in the Chicago area. I've also had a life long interest in art. During high school and college I was able to study art and design. While attending college I heard the album Melt for the first time and instantly became a huge Rascal Flatts fan. After graduating from Illinois State University with a degree in graphic design I moved to California to start my career. I will never forget my first Rascal Flatts concert at Shoreline Amphitheatre in California. It was an unbelievable show. I'm now back in the Chicago area and still listening to US99 and Rascal Flatts.<br /> <br /> When I heard about the Rascal Flatts contest to design their next album cover I immediately thought this would be an opportunity of a life time. I've always dreamed of designing an album cover. I immediately developed several design concepts. The biggest challenge was to come up with a creative design that would appeal to both Rascal Flatts and their fans. Of the two images provided for the contest I really liked the one of Gary, Jay and Joe Don sitting in the chairs. I designed the background and text to compliment the style of the chairs. I added a motion effect and explosive imagery to capture the theme "Unstoppable". The six open frames represent Rascal Flatts six studio albums. Overall, I wanted to visually express the spirit of Rascal Flatts.<br /> <br /> I want to thank Rascal Flatts for giving me the opportunity to design the cover for their next album Unstoppable.
